LEADERSHIP THINKING REVIEW: A 90-MINUTE THINKING SESSION FOR OWNERS AND MDS

90 minutes to see your own thinking clearly.

A one-off session for owners, MDs and senior leaders. We look at how you’re thinking under pressure, what it’s costing you and the business, and what may need to change first.

Who it’s for

You run a business or lead part of one, and on the whole it’s going well. But you’ve noticed the same patterns keep recurring. Maybe a decision you’ve been sitting on for weeks, or work you meant to hand over, somehow still ends up with you.

A Thinking Review is a good place to start looking at that, with someone who understands both the boardroom and how the mind works under pressure.

It’s also useful if you’re considering an Executive Thinking Space programme and want to be sure it’s right before you commit, or if you’d like one of your senior team to have a session.

How the session works

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to complete the Leadership Thinking Check and answer a few short questions so we start with a clear picture.

We’ll talk through what’s happening for you at the moment: where your time goes, which decisions feel heavier than they should, and where you notice yourself slipping into autopilot. Then we’ll look at the thinking underneath.

My approach is solution-focused, so we’ll stay with what’s happening now and where you want to get to, rather than going back over the past.

Online, or in person in Bury, Prestwich or Manchester

What you leave with

  • A clear read on the patterns costing you time, energy and momentum

  • Practical changes you can make straight away

  • An honest view on whether further work together would help

After the Review

For some people, the Review is enough. They get what they came for and go and put it into practice. If you’d like to keep going, Executive Thinking Space is the 90-day programme that builds on it. By the end of the session we’ll both know whether it’s a good fit, and there’s no pressure either way.

If you book Executive Thinking Space within 30 days of your Review, the £495 comes off the programme fee.

“She gave me tools I still use when things get overwhelming. I can breathe, think clearly, I’m making better decisions and am able to let go of what I can’t control.”
— Managing Director & Founder, Construction, Manchester

Investment

£495 for a 90-minute session.

You can pay it yourself or the business can pay.

How to start

We start with a free 15-minute call to make sure it’s right for you. If so, we’ll agree a date, and I’ll send you everything you need to confirm your place.

Hello, I’m Suzanne

I’ve spent over 25 years in sales and marketing, 13 of them in leadership roles, including senior leadership at Europe's largest data and marketing trade association. I've carried the targets, made the calls that affect people and revenue, and sat in the boardroom looking calm while my mind was working hard underneath.

Alongside that, I've trained in how the brain responds to pressure and how to change the patterns that hold capable people back. In 2026 I was named Mental Fitness Practitioner of the Year for the North West. So I can talk P&L and prefrontal cortex in the same breath, and the work stays grounded in what your business actually needs.

What would change if your thinking changed first?

Book a free 15-minute call and let’s talk about where the business is heading and how working with me as your thinking partner could help.
