Leadership Performance · Unlock Potential

Your leaders are performing.
But at what cost?

High-functioning on the outside. Running on autopilot underneath. Most senior leaders are managing it privately, and it's showing up anyway, in their decisions, their presence, and how their teams perform around them.

the gap we don’t talk about

We promote on technical capability. Then expect people to lead.

Organisations are good at developing expertise. They build it, reward it, and promote it. What they almost never do is prepare that expert for the psychological shift that comes with leading people under sustained commercial pressure.

Suddenly the person who succeeded by knowing all the answers is in a role where certainty is rare, control is limited, and the pressure comes from every direction at once. The mental patterns that drove their success, perfectionism, drive, and high standards are now quietly working against them.

This is a mental fitness gap. And no leadership workshop gets near it.

The conversation nobody is having yet.

In 2026, leaders are being asked to make consequential decisions about AI — fast, often without precedent, while managing their own uncertainty and their teams' anxieties about what it all means. That requires a specific kind of mental clarity that sustained pressure quietly erodes.

AI raises the stakes on human judgement. And human judgement depends entirely on the quality of the thinking behind it. Mental fitness isn't a side conversation to leadership performance in 2026. It is the leadership performance conversation.

what i offer

A private in-house clinic for your senior leaders.

Not a coach. Not an EAP. Not a wellbeing initiative that nobody uses.

I work with SME leadership teams as an embedded mental fitness practitioner, a confidential, ongoing resource that sits inside the organisation. The session is already in the diary. The relationship is already established. Leaders don't need to be in crisis to access it.

For the leader, it's private, professional development that comes with the role. For the organisation, it's a tangible benefit that attracts and retains the kind of people who are expensive to lose, and measurably improves the outcomes they deliver.

“Mental fitness is the capacity to think clearly, perform consistently, and recover well, regardless of what the week throws at you.”

Leadership Mental Fitness Retainer

From £2,100 per month · Minimum 6-month term · Budget: leadership development

  • Six 1-hour sessions per month - one per leader, for up to six leaders

  • Flexible allocation - fewer leaders can access multiple sessions per month

  • WhatsApp support between sessions for every leader enrolled, so the work keeps moving

  • Absolute confidentiality. Nothing shared with the organisation, ever

  • Sessions already in the diary. No activation energy required. No barrier to access.

  • Manchester, London and UK-wide

“Leaders can bring anything. Commercial pressure, a difficult decision, a team dynamic that isn't working. Sometimes it's something they're carrying privately. It all affects how they show up. That's why the confidentiality piece matters”

The evidence behind the work.

The Quality of Your Thinking Is the Quality of Your Leadership

Covering the real cost of mental load, why EAPs aren't working, the ROI of in-house support, and why 2026's AI pressures make this the most important leadership conversation of the decade.

not this. this.

What makes this different?

What it isn’t

  • A wellness app that sits unused

  • A one-off workshop with no follow-through

  • Coaching that doesn't touch subconscious patterns & habits

  • Reactive support after a crisis has hit

  • Anything that goes into the wellbeing budget

  • Embedded, ongoing, confidential

  • Working at the subconscious level where patterns actually live

  • Proactive investment in mental fitness for performance

  • A trusted specialist inside your organisation with clinical and lived experience

  • Leadership development budget, not pastoral or wellbeing

What it is

“ As a business owner with a young family, I was really struggling to balance everything and manage the stress that came with it. It was affecting my sleep, my mindset, and how I interacted with people. I'm now regularly sleeping 7 - 9 hours a night, something I hadn't been able to do in a long time. What's made a lasting impact is how her recordings and techniques continue to help me whenever I feel overwhelmed. She's made a real difference.”

About Suzanne.

After 25+ years in business, the last 15 at SLT and board level across growing, owner-led and mid-market businesses, I know exactly what it is to be high performing on the outside while running on empty underneath.

The shift from technical expert to leader, and then from leader to senior leader, is one of the most under-supported transitions in working life for many people. The identity shift. The pressure to have the answers when the environment keeps changing. The gap between how you look to the room and how you actually feel.

That experience is the foundation of this work. I retrained as a clinical solution-focused hypnotherapist and mental fitness specialist — not to escape the corporate world, but because I understood from the inside what leaders actually need, and I could see that most of what was on offer didn't come close to addressing it.
