What this programme focuses on

Over four weeks, we work together to help you:

  • reduce overthinking and mental noise

  • recognise and reframe your subconscious habits

  • change unhelpful thought patterns

  • feel more in control of your reactions and responses

  • respond to life with more clarity and confidence

This programme is about helping you get to know yourself better, understand your subconscious patterns and habits, and how you can change them to feel more in control, think more clearly, and feel happier.

How it works

The programme is grounded in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, informed by neuroscience, positive psychology, NLP, and SFBT.

In simple terms, we:

  • look at how patterns form and repeat

  • work with subconscious habits that run on autopilot

  • use hypnotherapy and practical tools to support change

  • build mental fitness you can use day to day

Each session builds on the last, keeping progress steady and realistic and goal-oriented.

A Better Way Forward

The Mind Management Method™ runs over four weekly 50 minute hypnotherapy sessions and is available:

  • Online or in person in Bury & Altrincham

  • 1:1 private sessions or group format (depending on availability)
