Phobias & Fears Hypnotherapy
Break free from fear and reclaim your freedom.
Does fear hold you back from living fully? Whether it’s flying, driving, public speaking, spiders, or something more private, phobias and fears can feel overwhelming and limiting. Even when you know it’s irrational, the physical reaction — racing heart, panic, avoidance — can feel impossible to control.
At Unlock Potential Hypnotherapy, I use gentle, evidence-based hypnotherapy to help you retrain your subconscious, reduce fear responses, and build calm confidence so you can move forward with freedom.
How Hypnotherapy Helps with Phobias & Fears
Phobias and fears are rooted in subconscious patterns — automatic fight-or-flight responses that trigger before you can think. Hypnotherapy helps break these patterns by calming the nervous system and reprogramming the mind’s response
With tailored sessions, you can:
Reduce or remove fear triggers
Stay calm in situations that once caused panic
Reframe negative thought patterns around your fear
Regain confidence and independence in everyday life
Learn relaxation tools you can use whenever you need them
Many clients notice improvements quickly, often within just a few sessions.
🧠 Evidence-based methods grounded in neuroscience and solution-focused approaches
🌟 Experience working with a wide range of phobias — from common to highly personal fears
💬 Supportive, non-judgemental environment — it’s safe to share your fear without embarrassment
💻 Flexible sessions available online or in-person

What to Expect
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute discovery call to talk about your phobia or fear and the change you’d like to see. From there, a personalised programme is designed, usually involving 4 sessions for simple Phobias or more for more complex phobias. You’ll also receive guided recordings to support progress between sessions.
Hypnotherapy is safe, gentle, and often surprisingly quick in reducing or removing phobic responses.
