Delivered over 8 weeks, this group programme includes four 60-minute interactive mindset coaching sessions, each followed by a 20-minute guided relaxation and trance.

UNLOCK Plus: Tailored Support for Key Individuals

Unlock your mindset series, with the addition of 6 weekly 1:1 private sessions for up to four employees.

These private 50-minute sessions run between group sessions to provide additional coaching for individual employees.
